No matter how i layout the illustration with the text, it just doesnt work. It doesnt look right. Above ive tried changing the clean vector shapes to a more ragid illustrative look that the screws have. However as can be seen above this still doesnt work, no matter how i lay it out.




I think this is looking better compared to the grided look below. This play with shape is much more appealing to the eye. Now i need to play with layout to see how i can make the pages look more visually interesting.

Started to look at other ways i can present the information that isnt so grided but is a bit more playful with shape and form.
Also griding how text can be presented beside the information. However this visually isnt working. The illustrative tone conflicts with the clean look of the layout.

Ive started playing with how the information can be presented on a page. Keeping in tone the illustrative feel but also trying to bring in this cleanly designed info graphic look.
