Ive never really used bright florescent colours in my work but this brief seems appropriate for it so as you can see ive begun doing this, however again the above doesnt work.
A sans serif typeface seems most appropriate for children, it'll need to look contemporary and be clear. A bold typeface will work best, i think all elements of this brief need to be bold and direct. Saying that the above typeface doesnt work!

Started playing with colour as well to see how i can make the image stand out and also look visually interesting.
