I know that to begin with i want to work on a booklet that promotes the trainers. Above i've started looking at how i may go around this. Most catalogues of shoes simply show an image of the shoe and a short passage of text goes with it. I think the best way to promote the shoes to the elderly will be to put them into context. Show them in a fun but professional clear way.
